After downloading the app, verify your identity in seconds by uploading a picture of your ID and a selfie. With your consent, we’re able to securely match and gather your health records. Once verified, we’ll send you a notification when they are available.

Now you can get personalized health recommendations from our care team, log your meals and get real-time feedback, and access your health records all in one place.
